Yes.  There are several different types of land use permits.  The basic remodeling permit is $25, and the City Clerk can approve these.  The small construction permit is $50 and requires review and approval by the Land Use Committee and the City Council.  The New construction/Addition permits are $250 and must be approved by the Land Use Committee and the City Council.  The forms can be found on the City website, or at City Hall.
