Helping Hands Outreach

Extending a Hand, Uplifting a Community!

At Helping Hands Outreach, we believe in the power of community, connection, and compassionate care. As people age, many wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes—surrounded by familiarity, independence, and dignity. That’s where we come in.

We’re a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting older adults who choose to age in place. Through a committed team of staff and volunteers, we provide services that help make everyday living easier, healthier, and more joyful. Our services include transportation, homemaking, chore, friendly visits, caregiver support, and respite care. We’re here to make life a little brighter.

We proudly serve the communities of Holdingford, St. Stephen, and Rice, offering programs designed to keep older adults active, informed, and connected—while having fun along the way!
