Wobegon Trailhead

As a starting or stopping point, the Wobegon Trailhead in Holdingford offers parking, picnic tables, restrooms, a bike fix-it station and some local history. Take a break and rest a while as you sit in the wooden train cars, check out the area's largest piece of petrified wood, enjoy the boxcar mural painted by a local artist, or stroll though beautiful flower gardens maintained by our Pedals to Petals Garden Club volunteers. Minnesota's longest Covered Bridge is a few blocks south on the Wobegon Trail where you can begin a 10.5 mile Bridge-to-Bridge ride to the Blanchard Dam, where the trail bridge spans the Mississippi River.
